William F. Mohrman

William Mohrman founded the firm in 1998. He built a trial practice spanning commercial, employment, and First Amendment litigation, arguing before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Mr. Mohrman is retired from the firm. He currently serves in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, which he joined in August 2025, where he works on election integrity issues.
