Peter D. Linder

Peter Linder joined the firm in 2024. He practices plaintiff-side civil litigation, handling matters from intake and research through discovery and trial, with a concentration in employment civil rights and religious liberty claims.

He earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he externed for a Hennepin County judge and served as Secretary of the Federalist Society chapter. His article, The Evolution of the Courts' Understanding of the Minnesota Education Clause, was published in the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. He holds a B.A. in history and Russian from St. Olaf College and is admitted in Minnesota.
