Maxwell D. Becker

Maxwell Becker joined the firm as an attorney in 2024, having clerked for the firm since the spring of his third year of law school. His practice covers civil rights, employment, and land use litigation, and spans drafting, discovery, and trial work.

He earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he received the Dean's Award for the top grade in War, National Security, and the Constitution and in Sports Law, served as President of the Real Estate Law Association, and competed on the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court team. He took first place in the Sports Lawyers Association national writing competition. He holds a B.A. in political science from Texas A&M University and is admitted in Minnesota and in the Eighth Circuit.
